Refunds and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days for a refund. The 30 days starts from the shipping date in the Your order is on the way -email, you receive once your purchase has been dispatched. Your email should include your personal information and details of the item(s) you want to return. We will answer you with a Return Information -email.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
